Foundations Lacrosse was created to provide an exceptional lacrosse experience for young girls, teaching basic fundamentals and a love of the game.

PROGRAM INFO

Designed for K-2 girls in Mountain Lakes and Boonton Township, Foundations Spring Clinics will introduce the game of lacrosse through small group instruction.  Players will learn fundamental skills such as stickwork, proper groundball technique, and basic offensive and defensive skills by participating in drills and fun games that reinforce instructional concepts.  It is our goal for all players to learn fundamentals but also to be good teammates, be competitive, and have fun playing the game of lacrosse.

SEVEN (7) week series of clinics

Sundays FROM 3-4pm
RAIN DATES WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY NOON ON SUNDAY with makeup CLINIC held on wednesday OR THURSDAY
of that week @ 5PM

 

GEAR

GIRLS WILL NEED A full-size lacrosse stick (not a mini or fiddlestick), goggles & mouthguard.
cleats recommended.
